10/08/23 – The Luna Fest Coimbra arrives in force with its 1^st edition - from 16^th to 20^th August.

The festival, dedicated to Rock & Roll, will take place from 16^th to 20^th August, with the first two days taking place in Praça do Comércio and the rest in Praça da Canção.

In this first edition of Luna Fest, the festival program has several names, such as The Damned, Devo, A Certain Ratio, Buzzcocks, Black Lips, Fleshtones among others.

More than a summer festival, Luna Fest wants to be an elaborate 'rescue mission'.

A mission that aims to implement an attractive musical program within our city and that this dedication, passion, urgency, is strongly amplified to dignify and unify all these voices that live in Coimbra and Portugal, and that this will finally serve as the cradle of a great festival of international amplitude!

Wanting more, demanding the "impossible", may be to share an ancestral and devoted love of the people of Coimbra for the true "Rock 'n' Roll" and all its surrounding artistic aesthetics.

The general pass for the festival is on sale for 127€, while the daily ticket costs 51€.
