29.11.18-Before this first semester ends, how about a tour to some of the most interesting places in the center of Portugal? Know the trip low cost that Erasmusland Coimbra have prepared for Erasmus and international student showing you the wonders of this beautiful country, on the occasion of this Christmas season.
What do you say on getting out from Coimbra towards Óbidos, Alcobaça and Batalha? This is another trip organized by Erasmusland Coimbra that will take place on 2nd of December with the purpose of promoting the involvement of Erasmus students and internacional students in the history and traditions of the country that welcomes them, showing these wonderful landscapes.
From knowing the emblematic Batalha´s Monastery, Unesco's world heritage to the mythical Alcobaça´s Monastery, national` s heritage where you can find the tombs of D. Pedro and D. Inês de Castro, characters of a love history that was as beautiful as forbidden, that match Portugal at XIV Century as well as is a mark of Coimbra, stage of the dates between them and then to the Óbidos Castle. Also in Óbidos, you can find the Christmas` Village, which reminds us this magic season. Already in progress, the participants can visit it, if they wish.
The value for those who have Erasmusland card is €12 and for the remaining participants €15. Price Includes transport by bus + ticket to the monasteries of Batalha and Alcobaça.
