20.8.2020-The 17^th edition of IndieLisboa promises a lot of news. The international film festival will take place from August 25^th to September 5^th of 2020, at the Cinema São Jorge, Culturgest, Cinema Ideal and Cinemateca Portuguesa.

IndieLisboa International Film Festival brings audiences and film professionals from all over the world, giving them the opportunity to discover recent films by emerging talents and rediscover renowned authors.

In this 17^th edition, the main sections of IndieLisboa are competitive programs composed of world, international or national premieres, integrating several categories. Some of the featured films in the IndieMusic section refer to big names in music such as Billie Holiday, The Rolling Stones, Charles Aznavour, and much more.

IndieJunior, the children/young people section of the festival, is a particularly important aspect for the film literacy of the youngest band of spectators and for the formation of new audiences.

The event will take place from August 25^th to September 5^th at the cinemas of Cinema São Jorge, Culturgest, Cinema Ideal and Cinemateca Portuguesa.
