15-04-2021- Queima das Fitas Organizing Committee postpones the parade to October 2021, which will be held with the latada party.

Due to the continuity of the epidemiological situation in our country, it is necessary to maintain mitigation measures for the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Therefore, for public health reasons, the Organizing Committee of the Queima das Fitas of Coimbra informs that the 2021 edition will be held in October, with dates yet to be defined, replacing the Festa das Latas and Imposição de Insignias.  

The organization will be the responsibility of the Queima das Fitas Organizing Committee and, this year, it will have the reinforced cooperation of the General Direction of AAC (Associação Académica de Coimbra), in a common effort of all structures for the realization of a unique event.  

The Promotional Vouchers purchased in 2020 will be valid for October 2021, and all information regarding Value Returns will be released as soon as possible.
