10.3.2022-From the 1st until the 15th of March, the University of Coimbra (UC), our partner, will be once again the reference point for culture. Know all the program of the Cultural Week of the University of Coimbra. 

The Cultural Week of the University of Coimbra, an initiative that started in 1999 as a "showcase" of culture at the University, has gradually established new partnerships, and is now an initiative that extends to the city, to the country and beyond borders.  

For this year, the theme chosen is Time. This choice translates the year of 2022 marked by temporal milestones of profound significance for the history of the UC and for its Lusophone projection, from the 250 years of the Pombaline Reform, the 200 years of the proclamation of Brazil's Independence, to the 20 years of Timor's independence. It will also, hopefully, be the Time of the post-pandemic and the Time of expectation in creative renewal.  

Starting with the commemorations of the University Day, which is celebrated every year on the 1st of March, a sequence of scientific, cultural, and artistic initiatives will follow, all of which are intended to be complementary and integrated.
