15-08-2024 Roman Baths: An unforgettable journey through time

Acqua Veritas Spa aims to combine well-being and history by recreating the Roman baths, a symbol of ancient civilization. It's aim is to provide a relaxing experience based on the Roman SPA process, which involves alternately using three pools with different temperatures:

1. tepidarium, a pool of warm water (around 32 degrees), with a relaxing effect;

2. caldarium, with very hot water (around 40 degrees), which also has a vasodilating effect

3. frigidarium, a pool of water at around 16 degrees, with an invigorating effect, stimulating the skin and scalp.

Those who wish can also enjoy a massage. Tea, wine and tapas are served in the Winter Garden.

The bathing experience, at €36, consists of alternating entry to the different pools or free entry. It includes entry to the baths, a towel and tea. The tasting experience costs 59 € and includes entry to the baths, towel, bathrobe, tasting board - two glasses of wine, bread, cheese and regional sausages and fruit. The four-handed massage experience, performed by two masseurs at the same time, costs €119 and consists of a technique involving the synchronization of the masseurs' movements and pressure, which provides a feeling of balance and relaxation. It lasts 45 minutes.
