IndieLisboa Film Festival will take place from April 27th to May 3rd, 2023, in the largest cultural venues in Lisbon such as Culturgest, Cinema São Jorge, Cinemateca Portuguesa, Cinema Ideal and Biblioteca Palácio Galveia.

This annual event screens over 270 films and attracts the interest of audiences and film professionals from all over the world, thus offering the opportunity to discover recent films by up-and-coming talents, as well as rediscovering renowned artists. It also includes thematic programmes, which develop debate on pertinent themes, with the aim of exhibiting a conceptually and geographically diverse selection.

Activities such as workshops, masterclasses, debates, screenwriting lab, film support fund, exhibition of works in progress and networking events take place alongside the screening of films, thus contributing to the dynamization of a more diverse film exhibition and distribution network.
